President
With 30 years of experience as a Gram Pradhan and 10 years as a Cooperative Society Director, Rambadan Shukla brings deep grassroots experience in governance and social issues to Samvad. As President, he provides community-driven leadership grounded in decades of public service.
Executive Member
A dedicated social worker focused on women's empowerment and social justice, Madhuri Halwasia promotes women's leadership through advocacy and community initiatives. She also serves as Secretary of the FICCI Women's Cell.
Legal Advisor and Member
A practicing advocate with over 20 years of experience, Atul Kumar brings expertise in child protection, child rights and education. He provides legal and policy guidance to support Samvad's child development initiatives.
Treasurer and Member
A seasoned social worker and entrepreneur, Ram Singh Patel supports financial discipline, transparency and responsible resource management within Samvad while remaining actively engaged in social development initiatives.
Health Advisor and Member
With over 25 years of experience in the health sector, R.P. Singh has worked with development organisations as a health consultant. He guides Samvad's community-based health, nutrition and primary care programmes.

A social worker and entrepreneur, Prashant Mishra focuses on employment-oriented training, skill development and community collaboration, helping create sustainable livelihood opportunities for youth and marginalized groups.

An experienced training specialist in the development sector, Vinod Kumar Mishra works across leadership development, capacity building and community empowerment, strengthening Samvad's training and field initiatives.
